The location is great and is good value for money. It is usefull to have a kitchenette.
It is a real nuisance that there is no room service. That should be mentioned in the hotel description. My room was a bit noisy. When I went to pay they had already charged it on my card, when I was supposed to be able to chose the payment method at check out. Even if it is good value for money, I expected more, in terms of room comfort, for a 4 stars hotel.
The hotel was close to the market and china town.
The hotel had no pool and the roomwas rather noisy.
The hotel front desk staff where kind, cheerful, friendly and helpful
The only complaint i would make is one morning when i called housekeeping for towels it took a long time to bring them and i also had to call the front desk the second time to inform them that the towels hadnt arrived yet as no-one was answering the housekeeping telephone.it took about 45mins for the towels to arrive at our room.
It was very quite on the 17th floor...
the staff were helpful..the resaurant should do snacks as well as banquets...
the resaurant should do snacks as well as banquets...something suitable for aguest travelling alone
It's close proximity to everything in Sydney
The rooms were extremely noisy all night. The sounds from George Street were very loud - perhaps better sealing on the windows is needed.
Great for an city overnight stay - or even a couple of nights. Great facilities (kitchenette is a bonus) and while our room wasn't huge, it was a reasonable size. Air conditioned and very comfortable. I loved hearing the muted sounds of Chinatown outside the window (pleasant not noisy)and the proximity of Chinatown's restaurants. Excellent value for money.
If you want to be very, very picky, there was no plasma TV - but that's my only comment.
Locality for shopping & to Darling Harbour and free bus service.Very helpful & friendly staff at front desk
The traffic noise from George St kept us awake most of the night. Cooking facilities very limited. No room service.
The hotel is not only located at very convenient location just next to China town but also well maintained with wonderful staffs. Bed sheets are so clean.
There was a stair to get down to the front desk so I had to carry heavy bags.
I liked the location of the hotel and the staff were very helpful. It was close to shopping areas and as I stayed in the apartment, I could prepare the food myself. Although I got to the hotel very early, I could checked in directly without additional charge.
The room was nice with a balcony and the bed was comfortable. The bath was nice as well.
I didn't fully understand how to use the shower/bath controls.
Large rooms, lovely bathrooms, excellent location for public transport and shops, very comfortable and roomy beds, great kitchen facilities.
Fronting onto George street was fairly noisy at night
We had a 2brm qu open plan which was roomy. It was also close to bus systems and shopping & dining. We also had a great cleaner.
Warn everyone to be careful when booking that they accept housekeeping within the price. We found that this can be omittted without your knowedge.
The location is fantastic, which is close to everywhere. The staff is nice as well. We asked for changing into a room that has window. They tried their best to help us. So impressed. The room is cleaned every day.
It is quite noisy during night time. I can hear someone singing karaoka very clear. When I came back from sydney and checked my online banking account, I found that they charged me extra $13 and I didn't know what's that for.
Location was pretty good. It is a good place to stay if you're just looking for accomodation. There was hot showers and it was clean.
The service staff was all very helpful except for one lady, Taluka (can't really remember her name but its something like that), she was very rude and unhelpful. Other than that, the hotel could use a slight revamp. But the rest was good.
